OVERVIEW

Alscott Air Systems Limited is a Canadian Corporation that specializes in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) for ships as well as offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities. The company has a history that dates back to 1956 and has completed HVAC installations in most Canadian-built ships since that time.

Generally, Alscott operates as a HVAC sub-contractor to shipbuilders, ship owners, oil companies, and project managers.

Headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, and with factories in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and in China, Alscott is represented throughout the United States and in Europe. International subsidiaries have been strategically located in Oman to support Alscott’s marine and offshore business in the Middle East region, particularly in the UAE, and also in Grand Bahamas to support ship repair and overhaul from yards near the Florida coast line.

DM Alscott is a Joint Venture company formed with Dan Marine Far East and located in Shanghai that continues to gain market share in the growing Chinese shipbuilding market.
